 Try LegalZoom; it's a website for preparing legal documents. I used it to prepare a Living Will and a Power of Attorney for Health Care. Next my parents need to revise their Last Will and Testament. My dad wrote it himself and named all 5 of us siblings as executors; my lawyer friends say that 5 executors would be a nightmare. I could find an attorney, but my dad is too frugal and I don't think he'd sit still for it, nor want to pay for it. With LegalZoom he and I can work it out while sitting in front of the computer.
